Utica Equipment Finance closed a $7 million capital lease for a Southeast-based site development and heavy civil contractor. Secured by a broad pool of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, articulated dump trucks, wheel loaders, motor graders and compactors, the lease will support the acquisition of the company by a new ownership group.
