Fox Ridge Capital appointed Andrew Depping as chief technology officer and Ken Oehmig as director of software engineering. In their roles, they will lead product strategy, technology delivery and cross-functional teams to accelerate the company’s hybrid technology, product roadmap and scale tailored lending solutions.
Depping brings over a decade of product leadership and fintech experience, most recently serving as senior product manager at Ascentium Capital, where he led multiple concurrent technology and product initiatives. He also owned and operated a technology services company providing technical guidance and services.
Depping holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and is an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner complimenting his focus on value delivery, stakeholder management and effective product leadership. Key strengths that he brings to Fox Ridge Capital include product strategy and road mapping; cross-functional technology delivery; technical and business analysis; leadership across product and engineering; and fintech and lending expertise.

Oehmig brings over 25 years of expertise and leads engineering efforts across Fox Ridge’s development teams driving software delivery, architecture and operational excellence to support the company’s product roadmap. Oehmig earned a degree in computer science from Principia College and has expertise in financial services and technology organizations with career highlights including:
