The American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (AACFB) made updates to its board of directors and Industry Advisory Council during the recent AACFB Annual Conference in Orlando. The association installed its new leadership team and welcomed new members to both groups.

The AACFB welcomed new directors-at-large Bradon Marshall of Marshall Capital Group and Greg Minsky of Pelagic Capital to the board of directors. Additionally, Kristi Darlington-Simmonds of instaCOVER, a subsidiary of One80 Intermediaries, was elected to the AACFB Industry Advisory Council. These individuals bring valuable expertise, leadership, and fresh perspectives to the organization.

The AACFB Industry Advisory Council provides guidance, industry insight and expertise in support of the association and its members. The organization welcomed Kristi Darlington-Simmonds to the council, and also extended its deep appreciation to John Boettigheimer with 4 Hour Funding for his dedicated service as he concluded his term on the council.
The organization also paid tribute to past president, Roderick Knoll, CLFP, who passed away in February after a courageous battle with cancer. Knoll served with integrity and passion, and his impact on the AACFB will not be forgotten.
