Channel has been named a Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplace for the fifth consecutive year.
“We’ve got an exceptional group of people here,” Adam Peterson, CEO of Channel, said. “They work hard, look out for each other, and they care about doing the right thing. Five years is a long time, and a lot has changed but the way our team shows up for each other hasn’t. That’s what this is all about.”
Camaraderie is a core value at Channel, and leadership actively creates opportunities for people to come together, from summer bean bag tournaments in the parking lot to volunteering at local dog shelters.
The Star Tribune recognition is based entirely on results from an anonymous employee feedback survey conducted by Energage, an independent firm specializing in employee engagement and retention. In 2026, more than 10,500 organizations were invited to participate, with feedback gathered from over 183,000 employees across the state.
“The companies in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota,” Steve Grove, publisher and CEO of Star Tribune, said. “My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
