Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) promoted Amanda Bialka, CLFP, from senior syndication analyst to syndication manager. Bialka brings 16 years of experience in credit and syndication, having previously held roles including senior credit analyst, credit analyst II and credit and syndication analyst.
Since joining OCS in 2020, Bialka has played a key role in the growth and development of the company’s syndication function. Through her dedication and strategic insight, she has helped expand this area of the business, playing a key role in deepening existing partnerships and thoughtfully growing OCS’s syndication network. In her new role, she will lead syndication strategy, collaborate closely with the credit team and drive continued growth in syndication volume and partner engagement.
Bialka earned her Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation in April 2019.
“Amanda has grown tremendously over the past several years and has been instrumental in shaping our syndication process,” Mikki Henkelman, CLFP, senior vice president of credit and risk at OCS, said. “We are excited to see her continue to lead and elevate this function in her new role.”
