Amur Equipment Finance completed its 16th term securitization, issuing $406.02 million in notes backed by equipment loans and leases originated through its platform.

This securitization transaction was met by strong demand across the capital structure, attracting approximately $2.56 billion in total investor orders. In fact, the transaction was oversubscribed before it even launched. Demand supported improved pricing across all classes, with most classes pricing at record levels. The final investor tally included participation from a broad set of investors, including a record number of new participants.

“To put it bluntly, we are blown away by the investor reaction to our transaction,” Kalyan Makam, CEO of Amur, said. “Over the last few years, our strategy has been to take share at the top of the market by delivering a customer experience that is entirely new in our industry. Today, we are delivering the fastest approvals and fundings in our history, driving customers to actively seek to work with us on their equipment purchases and resulting in the strongest collateral pool in our history. The breadth and strength of the investor response tells us that the market appreciates the quality of what we have built, which is quite validating.”

With the completion of AXIS 2026-1, the company’s sixteenth ABS transaction, the company has issued more than $4.8 billion in securitized notes through its term securitization program.

Bank of America served as structuring agent and lead bookrunner, with Truist and BMO serving as bookrunners and Brean serving as co-manager. The transaction was rated by Moody’s and Fitch.
