SLR Equipment Finance (SLR-EF), an independent commercial equipment finance company focused on mid/large-ticket transactions secured by essential-use equipment, closed its fourth asset-backed securitization, a $252 million transaction under the ticker “SLREF 2026-1.”

All six classes of notes were oversubscribed, with investor demand totaling more than $1 billion. The order book consisted of 47 orders from 30 unique investors, contributing to competitive all-in pricing despite the transaction being the first deal under SLR-EF’s new ticker and management structure. The notes were rated by DBRS Morningstar and KBRA.

“I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together,” Dan Flagstad, CEO of SLR-EF, said. “Our performance reflects the benefits of experienced professionals working with a shared vision, disciplined execution and a commitment to strong results.”

BofA Securities served as structuring lead and lead bookrunner on the transaction, with Truist Bank acting as active joint bookrunner.
