PEAC Solutions, a global equipment financing platform, promoted Jennifer Fanz to senior vice president of operations, effective Sept. 1, 2026. In her new role, Fanz will report directly to Eileen Schoonmaker, president of the Americas at PEAC Solutions.
Fanz currently serves as PEAC’s vice president of sales – healthcare, a role she has held since joining the company in November 2022. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, with a career spanning sales, program management, sales management and market development. During her tenure at PEAC, she has helped strengthen the company’s healthcare financing business and deepen strategic partner relationships while supporting cross-functional initiatives that have enhanced customer and partner experiences.
Fanz’s industry leadership has also been recognized by Monitor, which named her a Top Woman in Equipment Finance. She also served as past chair of the ELFA Women’s Committee, where she supported the advancement and development of women across the equipment finance industry.
As senior vice president of operations, Fanz will focus on strengthening collaboration across teams and functions and driving operational excellence as PEAC continues to grow.
