Dext Capital added Ryan Whitehead and Jeff Mills as sales representatives in its wheels channel, which provides financing for transportation and vocational equipment to businesses nationwide.
Whitehead began his career in the equipment finance industry in 2005 at TCF Equipment Finance, where he eventually served as vice president of sales. Throughout his career in equipment finance, Whitehead has worked across many industries, with a particular specialization in the tow and recovery market nationwide. In his previous role, he developed the company’s tow program, overseeing the program’s growth for four years.
Mills brings more than 30 years of experience in equipment finance, specializing in commercial truck, trailer and specialty vehicle financing. His background spans banking institutions, fleet leasing, manufacturer-affiliated finance and independent finance companies, providing him with a broad perspective on the equipment finance industry. Mills has worked closely with equipment dealers, owner-operators, transportation companies and commercial fleets to develop tailored financing solutions, build lasting relationships and navigate complex financing needs.
