NewLane Makes Promotions Within Credit, Sales and Support Teams

Rebecca Masserini-Cooper has been named vice president of credit. Kimberly Cannon has been named direct and vendor retail sales manager. Anetta Ventresca has been named credit operations manager.

NewLane Finance, a subsidiary of WSFS Bank, made a number of promotions within its credit, sales and support teams:

  • Rebecca Masserini-Cooper has been named vice president of credit. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the organization’s credit policy and credit procedures and guidelines, risk management and lending strategy. She will also provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight of underwriting, portfolio management and credit policy. Masserini-Cooper has more than 20 years’ experience in the equipment finance industry.
  • Kimberly Cannon has been named direct and vendor retail sales manager. In this role, she leads efforts to accelerate annual sales growth through the direct sales and vendor retail sales channels, drive operational excellence in sales and customer service, and collaborate closely with organizational leaders to support strategic business objectives. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the equipment finance industry.
  • Anetta Ventresca has been named credit operations manager. In this position, she is responsible for auditing contracts to ensure compliance with credit guidelines before funding, maintaining vendor payment records and contract modifications. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the equipment finance industry.

“These promotions recognize the ongoing commitment of three team members who have been instrumental in helping NewLane reach our goals for growth and for service,” Robert Ferraro, senior vice president and chief sales officer of NewLane, said. “We’re proud to have Rebecca, Kim and Anetta leading their respective teams to keep us growing.”
