Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) promoted Tammy Crozier to assistant controller and Kendra Kalthoff to customer service and insurance supervisor.
Since joining the OCS team as an accountant in 2022, Crozier has played a crucial role in the success and efficiency of the accounting team. Through her leadership, she has mentored team members while strengthening their overall skill set. This is Crozier’s second promotion, having served as senior accountant previously. In her new role, she will assist OCS’s controller, oversee several staff accountants and help drive the continued growth and development of the team.
“Tammy has played a key role in developing and expanding our accounting department while consistently supporting the team with efficiency and expertise,” George Krusen, CLFP, chief financial officer and senior vice president of OCS, said. “We look forward to seeing her continue to grow and succeed in this well-deserved leadership position.”
Kalthoff joined the OCS team in 2023 and has had an immensely positive impact on the customer service department during her time as a customer service specialist. Through her thoughtful and personable approach, she has been successful at building strong relationships with customers. In her new role, she will take on expanded leadership, assume greater responsibilities within the company’s insurance operations and elevate OCS’s commitment to customer service.
“Kendra has been instrumental in shaping our customer service department and has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her tenure with OCS,” Daryn Lecy, CLFP, chief operating officer and senior vice president of OCS, said. “We are excited to see her continue driving the team’s success in her new role.”
