Wingspire Equipment Finance closed WEF 2026-1, its third equipment asset-backed securitization (ABS). Issuing a total of $407.07 million across six classes of notes, WEF 2026-1 is the company’s largest ABS issuance to date. The senior notes received AAA ratings from Fitch Ratings and Kroll Bond Rating Agency. The transaction was more than 5x oversubscribed.
WEF 2026-1 is backed by a portfolio of equipment lease and loan contracts with an aggregate securitization value of approximately $438.18 million as of the Aug. 31, 2026 initial cutoff date. The portfolio includes 211 contracts across 63 obligors.
