CSI Leasing Canada recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, commemorating the year the business hired its first employees in 2001. Along with this milestone, Jason Brock was promoted to president and general manager of CSI Canada.
Brock joined the company in 2001 as an account executive. Most recently, he was senior vice president and national sales manager for Canada, a role he held for over nine years. Under Brock’s sales leadership, the company more than tripled its business volume. In his new role, Brock will continue to lead sales efforts across the country and will also oversee all operating functions for CSI Canada.
“CSI Canada was CSI’s first international subsidiary. Today, they are one of the most successful, and I attribute much of this to Jason’s leadership. He has built and cultivated a robust sales team that is dedicated to putting our customers’ needs first,” Steve Hamilton, executive chairman of CSI Leasing, said. “Sales may be a competitive sport; however, Jason’s leadership style has fostered a team mentality where our sales professionals work together and thrive. It’s this strategy that has helped move CSI Canada forward and will continue with Jason as president and general manager.”
Brock said, “The past 25 years at CSI Canada have been a remarkable journey. When I started as an account executive, I could never have imagined where our company would be today. However, the past nine years as National Sales Manager have been the most rewarding. I have truly loved coaching our amazing team and watching them succeed has been the highlight of my career. I am beyond honored for the opportunity to lead CSI Canada and am excited to see where this next chapter takes us.”
