Monitor’s LeadHER Women’s Leadership Summit will return to Philadelphia June 14 – 16, 2027, bringing women together for three days of connection, candid conversation and leadership development. Registration opens Nov. 2, 2026.
IMPORTANT NOTE! Please update your calendar — these dates replace those shared in our Sept. 30 save-the-date press release and email.
The 2026 summit welcomed over 200 women for an experience centered on the theme “Masks Off.” Through mentor circles, interactive breakouts and shared experiences, attendees explored what it means to lead with authenticity and spoke openly about the challenges, ambitions and responsibilities shaping their lives.
The experience created space for new relationships, fresh perspectives and honest reflection. Women across different roles and career stages found common ground, exchanged ideas and considered how they want to grow as leaders. Mentor circles offered opportunities to ask questions and learn from one another, while breakout discussions connected leadership concepts to real workplace challenges.
Beyond the sessions, informal conversations deepened connections and reinforced the value of stepping away from daily demands to invest in personal and professional growth.
The 2027 summit will build on that foundation, welcoming returning attendees and first-time participants. Organizations are encouraged to bring colleagues for a shared experience that can spark continued conversation and development within their teams.
Mark your calendar for June 14 – 16, 2027, in Philadelphia. Additional venue and programming details will be announced soon, with registration opening Nov. 2, 2026.
