Throughout her 22-year career at Amur, Jenny Wilson has demonstrated exceptional leadership. She has risen through the ranks, from a processor to a document specialist, then supervisor, department manager and, now, vice president, overseeing three teams.

Wilson’s career journey has been market by patience, determination and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Wilson is known for her focus on becoming an expert in her field while also learning about adjacent areas. She leads and mentors a leadership team comprised entirely of women, empowering them to grow and thrive within Amur.

A champion of opportunity, Wilson trains her team to assist other departments and consistently goes the extra mile to make a meaningful impact on the company.

Over the past year, Wilson has overseen record documentation and funding volumes, ensuring Amur’s sustained growth and operational success. Notably, Wilson introduced new service-level standards that significantly improved the efficiency of document delivery.

She also led several company-wide projects aimed at process improvements, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Wilson has completely transformed Amur’s documentation and funding group, which now boasts 30 members, revolutionizing the way the company operates to better serve partners and customers.

Additionally, Wilson played a pivotal role in moving the team onto a new, bespoke system for Amur, implementing key advancements and improved efficiency.

Under her leadership, Amur has evolved to a company poised to lend more than $1 billion this year, a testament to Wilson’s stellar influence and vision in driving the company’s growth.
