With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Melissa Bélisle has played a pivotal role in scaling operations as her company evolved from CLE Leasing to Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada. She has been instrumental in driving operational transformation, innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

In her leadership roles, Bélisle has spearheaded initiatives to transform key operations, such as contract audit, customer service, collections, asset management and portfolio analysis, through the adoption of digital technologies, improving turnarounds, and strengthened decision-making in risk mitigation.
