Julie Pannullo,
Vice President and Operations Leader,
Investors Bank

An industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience in equipment finance, Julie Pannullo has earned the respect of colleagues, customers and the executive management of multiple institutions based on her work ethic, consistency, integrity and superior customer service. Pannullo is a highly valued member of the equipment/lender finance senior leadership team at Investors Bank, providing leadership and guidance to all disciplines within the team. Pannullo is also a strong mentor and role model to the next generation entering the equipment finance market. In her current role, she is responsible for all operational aspects of the business and manages transactions from start to finish.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

“The equipment finance world is an ever-changing one, and if we have learned anything over the last 18 months, it is that we need to embrace change. The companies that are able to adapt and change on the fly while still maintaining a disciplined approach in originating quality assets and providing excellent customer service are the ones that will continue to thrive.”

Pannullo’s career started at CIT and includes stints at Siemens, EverBank (now TIAA Bank) and her current role at Investors Bank. During her career, Pannullo has had the privilege of being mentored by a talented group of individuals. She feels that the best way for the new generation of equipment finance professionals to learn the business is by having exposure to all aspects of a transaction, including operations, pricing and credit. As such, she was instrumental in creating an entry-level position at EverBank and later Investors Bank for recent graduates to start as operations analysts under her tutelage and then progress to credit analyst roles and beyond. The program has been very successful, creating well-rounded employees with a strong deal perspective and understanding of equipment finance, resulting in a superior customer experience.

“Julie is one of the most dedicated and hardest working individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with,” Ken Walters, senior vice president and group leader for equipment finance at Investors Bank, says. “She is always the first person to arrive at the office and one of the last to leave. She is the person other team members go to when a problem needs to be solved. Her attention to detail and her vast experience makes her invaluable to the team. She was instrumental in helping launch the business at EverBank, creating the operations policy and procedures. When the team and portfolio moved from EverBank to Investors, Julie seamlessly led the conversion of our portfolio, which included implementing a new accounting software efficiently and cost effectively, and ensured a smooth transition for our customers. Julie’s professionalism, dedication, work ethic and knowledge are respected by colleagues, customers and peers.”
