Linda Clements joined Tandem Finance in January as a vice president of vendor program management. In October, Clements was promoted to an executive leadership role as vice president of operations and vendor management. Clements has more than 20 years of prior operational and back-end experience in the small-ticket equipment finance space. Before joining Tandem, among other roles, Clements was an asset liability manager and vice president for portfolio services and reporting for LCA Bank Corporation and its parent, Lease Corporation of America.
