by Monitor Staff Nov/Dec 2021

Lisa Moore,
Senior Counsel,
PNC Equipment Finance

Lisa Moore serves as in-house counsel for PNC Bank and has supported PNC’s equipment finance business for 20 years. Her focus is to serve PNC clients by being approachable, thoughtful and open-minded in support of deals, new products, business strategies and issues. She considers her ability to listen to be one of her greatest strengths and recognizes the importance of connecting clients with the resources they need to accomplish their business goals. Moore believes learning is never complete and that you develop the most by supporting new areas and taking on stretch assignments, something she’s taken to heart during her time with PNC.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

“Over the past 20 years, I have witnessed incredible growth in the number of female legal professionals supporting the industry and am excited to watch diversity continue to increase moving forward. As businesses continue to evolve, the equipment finance industry will need to evolve as well to provide creative, valuable solutions to customers.”

Moore served as the 2021 chair of the ELFA Legal Committee and was critical to the planning and successful execution of its first virtual legal forum in May 2021. The legal forums provide rich opportunities to network with industry attorneys and continue to learn about and discuss relevant industry topics. Moore also has had the privilege to speak at past legal forums on topics such as bankruptcy and litigation, among others. She currently is serving in her second term on the ELFA Legal Committee and, in addition to her work as chair, Moore serves on the Amicus Curiae Subcommittee.

Active in the community, Moore enjoys participating in the pro bono and diversity and inclusion opportunities offered through PNC’s philanthropic programs. In fact, she previously served on PNC’s legal diversity and inclusion council and legal pro bono council. Moore also serves as a mentor to local law students in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area through PNC’s association with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

“Having worked in the equipment finance industry for 20 years, Lisa deeply understands the nuances of our business and collaborates with us hand-in-hand to determine the best outcomes for both PNC and our clients. She’s an approachable, strategic partner for our team and a true expert in her field,” Dana Pace, senior vice president and director of operations and asset resolution for PNC Equipment Finance, says.
