Melissa Riggs is a financial services executive who has led operations and technology functions for several top portfolio management companies. The foundation for her executive career is the 12 years she spent at LeaseDimensions, culminating in a role as senior vice president of operations in which she oversaw the technology strategy and day-to-day operations of the servicing division. In that role, she spent most of her time working on the details and gaining extensive knowledge of lease and loan servicing in the equipment, renewable energy and vehicle finance industries.

She also gained a deep love for the equipment leasing industry and for achieving exceptional client and employee outcomes. After LeaseDimensions, Riggs extended her servicing company and industry knowledge in senior roles at a portfolio financial servicing company and Vervent.
Riggs is now using her passion, drive and expertise to launch a new and innovative servicing company: RayTech Servicing. As co-founder of RayTech, Riggs says, “RayTech will provide a servicing solution for companies looking for a partner with exceptional talent and technology. My drive for technology and being a creative solutions architect for clients is what pushes me beyond traditional business operations to achieve new and exciting outcomes for our clients and employees.”

Riggs spent her early career in credit and collections while completing a business administration degree in advanced accounting at Eastern Oregon University. She continues to invest in personal and professional growth through frequent contact with clients, close interaction with technology partners and industry events.
In her free time, Riggs loves spending time with her husband and son doing anything in the outdoors, including boating, RV camping, swimming, running and working on their property. She also has a deep love for traveling to tropical places.
