Since joining ENGS Commercial Finance, a member of Mitsubishi HC Capital Group, in 2012, Rose Reynolds has had the opportunity to lead the organization from being a regional transportation lender to a national equipment lender in the transportation, industrial and construction sectors. Since Reynolds joined the organization, ENGS has grown annual originations by more than 100% and its portfolio of owned and managed assets by more than 800%. In her more than 30 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, Reynolds has held various management positions, including pivotal roles at Transamerica Distribution Finance, TCF Inventory Finance and American Express Business Finance.

Throughout her career at ENGS, Reynolds has implemented technological solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiencies through various process optimization initiatives that include auto-contract document generation, UCC filing automation and electronic contract documents. ENGS’ cutting-edge financial technology and digital solutions have assisted in her team’s ability to increase productivity by 60%.
