Samantha Beadle manages the overall credit risk of the dealer inventory floor plan portfolio for SANY Capital. She views her role as an amazing opportunity to work for a captive finance company at a major OEM during a period of hyperactive growth as it gains market share in North America. Since joining SANY Capital almost a year and half ago, Beadle has helped to approve 12 new customers and worked on expansions for another nine customers. She believes managing risk while finding solutions to help grow SANY America’s sales is what makes working at SANY Capital exciting and unique. She is playing a pivotal role in the expansion of SANY America by providing important financing to new dealer partners, many of which are startups.

The inventory finance lines she helps manage are a crucial part of SANY America’s growth. The work requires a different set of risk and credit lenses than Beadle has worn before. Coming from the heavily regulated world of banking to a captive OEM was a dramatic change for her. Being a good partner but also protecting the SANY brand against risk is a delicate balancing act and one that she fully upholds.

Developing trusting, long lasting relationships with customers and providing the financial tools to succeed and grow the SANY brand is a professional mission of Beadle’s. She feels like she is directly contributing to the success of the SANY family of dealers in an impactful and rewarding way.
Outside of the office, Beadle is an avid dog lover with three rescue dogs of her own. To give back to the community, she walks dogs at her county’s animal shelter every week and runs a nonprofit that she helped start over five years ago to support a local animal shelter.
