Colleen Daly-Tinkham has been in the equipment finance industry for 20 years. She began her career with American Express Business Finance and spent almost 15 years at Key Equipment Finance in marketing and communications roles of increasing responsibility. Daly-Tinkham currently serves as the marketing strategist for LEAF. In her role, she works closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies to support their sales efforts. Daly-Tinkham believes that organizations thrive when sales and marketing are closely aligned and share a singular focus on achieving the company’s objectives.

Daly-Tinkham has been active in the industry, previously serving as chair of the ELFA’s Communications Committee and currently serving on the Monitor’s Editorial Board. She has contributed articles to the Monitor and the Equipment Leasing and Finance magazine. Daly-Tinkham also has been active in her community, serving as a volunteer with several organizations focused on helping underprivileged children and promoting literacy.

In her career, Daly-Tinkham has benefitted from reporting to several great female leaders who served as mentors. Her goal has been to serve as a mentor to other women in the industry. Daly-Tinkham has always strived to help the women she has worked with to grow in their roles, encouraging them to take on new challenges and ensuring that their accomplishments were recognized by leadership. Her hope is to help women advance in their careers and support the development of future female leaders.
