Debra Jones currently serves as senior vice president for the Partner Funding Credit (PFC) Division of Navitas Credit Corp., a United Community Bank company. Since assuming this role in 2017, Jones has been responsible for all operations and originations associated with the group, accomplishing an annual origination volume increase of more than 200% and making PFC the largest origination division within Navitas. Additionally, she has led several high priority internal projects, including vision and development of a next generation broker portal and implementation of an enterprise-level documentation vaulting system.

Jones prides herself on a strong work ethic, respect for others and trust in the Navitas team and PFC’s broker relationships. She sees a strong team as essential, and her motto has always been, “You are only as good as the team around you.” Jones considers it her mission to both support the talented team at Navitas and to provide excellent service to PFC’s brokers. She views those partnerships as an extension of the group and truly vital to the operation’s continued stability and long-term success.

Jones originally entered the equipment financing industry when she joined Republic Leasing Company as director of operations in 1994. She subsequently held positions at NetBank Business Finance and LEAF Specialty Finance as vice president of broker operations until 2011, when she joined Navitas as senior vice president of account services and operations. She very much enjoys the “fast-paced and ever-changing environment” the industry offers. Just as importantly, she enjoys giving back to others and has been part of the Tim Tebow Night to Shine and Missions Lexington charity and has served on the board of several educational foundations.
