VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

“My vision for the equipment finance industry is innovation and continued improvement through diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels within all organizations. It is my belief that creating a safe place for individuals to contribute will drive organic growth through original solutions.”

Culture champion has been Robles’ most significant and personal role during her time at Eastern Funding. As a minority and the only woman on the executive team, her commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace has been a driving force for the organization’s commitment to be a great place to work. Her commitment to employee well-being, a cooperative environment and continued learning has been intertwined within the fabric of Eastern Funding at all levels.

As culture champion, Robles also chairs the company’s various committees focused on employee wellness, community outreach and employee engagement. In 2019, Robles, along with a committee made up of amazing women from Eastern Funding, put together an incredibly successful women’s conference that was heavily attended and received very positive reviews.

Her interests go beyond Eastern Funding’s success. She is a board member on the Berkeley College Scholarship Foundation, The Coin Laundry Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Berkeley College MBA Committee as well as the Legal Studies Committee. Berkeley College recognized Robles’ commitment in 2016, when she was named Alumni of the Year. She has spoken at conferences such as Color Magazine’s Women’s Conference in New Jersey, Berkeley College’s Women Week Conference in 2017 and 2020, Eastern Funding’s Women’s Leadership Conference and other similar events. Also, Robles continues to pursue her own education at University of Phoenix, where she is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership.

“Nancy is a leader and a visionary. For over 15 years, she has been instrumental in Eastern Funding’s growth and success as a leading, national equipment finance company. She is a champion of diversity and equity inside our company and beyond.
