As director of marketing and business development at Entegra Capital, Vickie Rocco uses her innate balance of creativity and logic to develop and execute Entegra Capital’s growth strategies. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for meeting customer needs, combined with her strong financial, data and tech acumen, reflect in Entegra Capital’s many successes. Rocco has been a key player in both tech integration and product development that meet the needs of all constituencies.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

“This past year has catapulted our industry toward a new normal. I see a more remote workforce becoming standardized and believe this will open opportunities to embrace and mentor more diverse teams. By combining the wisdom of the past with new viewpoints and skill sets, we will seed the growth needed to emerge, as an industry, stronger than ever.”

Prior to joining Entegra Capital, Rocco held leadership positions with various publishing outlets in sales, marketing and operational management. Her experience also includes several years in the equipment finance industry, first at SunBridge Capital and then at Broker Resource Solutions, a business she owned (and later sold) that catered to serving the back-office needs of both third-party originators and private funding sources.

“Vickie has always been a great partner to work with. She always exhibits broad knowledge and experience, which has had a significant impact on our company’s success,” Aimee McChurch, president of Wheaten Financial, says. “Her ability to communicate effectively and find ways to meet our customers’ needs is second to none. In working with prospects and clients to scope services, she has a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of lease and loan operations. Vickie has provided important leadership, developing a positive work culture where her employees are customer-focused to ensure they are providing an exceptional customer experience with every financial package that Entegra extends.”

Rocco uses her multifaceted skill set to create a culture that fosters the success of organizational talent. She believes that both the company and its employees thrive when they have the tools they need coupled with a supportive management team and a company culture attuned to fostering success.

“Vickie has provided exemplary leadership with a focus on developing a customer-centric culture within our team,” Lisa Stadler, account manager at Entegra Capital, says. “She has a vast understanding of the equipment leasing industry and not only meets the needs of our customers, but those of her team and colleagues as well.”

Rocco’s many professional successes can be directly attributed to her self-determination and ability to drive growth through the lens of a strong customer-first focus.
