Aviation finance company Avolon executed 43 lease transactions comprising new aircraft leases, follow-on leases and lease extensions in Q3/23. In addition, the company solid 14 aircraft and entered letters of intent for the sale of 15 additional aircraft.
During Q3/23, Avolon delivered seven new aircraft and transitioned four aircraft to a total of seven customers. The company also entered into letters of intent for the sale and leaseback of 16 aircraft, confirmed orders for 20 A330neo aircraft and placed the first of these aircraft. In addition, Avolon added one new customer during the quarter, giving it a total of 147 airline customers operating in 65 countries
Avolon ended the quarter with an owned and managed fleet of 568 aircraft, with total orders and commitments for 329 aircraft.
