Baystone Government Finance launched a new website to connect equipment vendors, brokers, communities and select nonprofits with tax-exempt municipal leases and other financing options for essential equipment and real property.
“By partnering with Baystone, equipment vendors and brokers can offer tax-exempt municipal leases to qualified government organizations and nonprofits at rates averaging 30% lower than traditional commercial rates,” David Burr, assistant vice president at Baystone Government Finance, said. “Our new website links vendors and brokers with private label programs so they can offer tax-exempt financing expertise and documentation under their own brands. The website also provides direct financing resources for state, local and tribal government organizations as well as select nonprofits.”
Key features of the new site include:
- Resources for vendor, broker and direct financing, which are accessible from the homepage and also in the services section of the site
- A homepage with information, links, customer stories and associations visible
- A FAQs section
- Additional new content, including a testimonials page.
- A request a quote form highlighted throughout the site
