Capital Markets Syndication Manager

Location – Chicago Suburbs (In-Office)

Our client, a leading vendor captive finance company is seeking an experienced Capital Markets Syndication Manager to join their company, located in the Chicago suburbs, this leadership role will drive funding and syndication strategies to enhance liquidity, capital efficiency, and long-term financial resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end syndication strategy and execution
• Structure, price, and negotiate financing transactions
• Build relationships with banks and institutional investors
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Operations
• Monitor funding markets, liquidity, and rating agency activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 9 years financial services/funding experience, OR
• Master’s degree + 5 years’ experience, OR
• 12+ years equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience required

Preferred Skills:

• Capital markets, structured finance, or syndications expertise
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with credit agreements and term sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Global organization experience a plus

Requirements:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and resides in the Chicago area.
