The Opportunity
✔ Originate and close $25-50MM+ annually in specialty equipment finance
✔ Build and deepen relationships with borrowers, vendors, and private equity sponsors
✔ Develop scalable sourcing strategies and vendor programs
✔ Help identify additional target markets for portfolio expansion, including developing strategy, pricing discipline and portfolio quality.
✔ Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
What You’ll Be Financing
Large-scale, essential operating infrastructure equipment in sectors such as:
- Energy infrastructure
- Power generation
- Industrial infrastructure
- Transportation
- Process manufacturing
- Construction
- Agriculture
(Transactions typically $5MM–$25MM+, with capacity for larger structured deals.)
What They’re Looking For:
- 8–15+ years in equipment finance, leasing, or specialty lending
- Proven production of $25MM–$50MM+ annually
- Established borrower, vendor, broker & PE relationships
- Strong credit acumen and deal structuring experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with executive presence
- Ability to operate independently with direct senior leadership access
