Documentation & Funding Manager

Our client, a highly respected, fast-growing independent equipment leasing company is seeking to hire an experienced Documentation and Funding Manager to play a critical role in ensuring precision, efficiency, and excellence throughout the lease documentation process. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the documentation and funding process to ensure accuracy and timely fundings for customers and vendors
  • Interact with Credit and Sales teams to provide documentation guidelines for complex transactions
  • This is a senior operational role with significant responsibility and visibility across sales, credit, legal and executive leadership developing and implementing initiatives and solutions to improve productivity and achieve compliance in all aspects including securing title, sales tax compliance and credit
  • Extensive contact with banks, customers and vendors to resolve issues and negotiate terms
  • Prepare documents to address exceptions and address changes to lease terms
  • Implement policies and procedures to adhere to funding requirements
  • Oversee customer service desk to ensure prompt responses to inquiries
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of lease documentation and management
  • Strong understanding of documentation and funding process including Uniform Commercial Code requirements, sales tax, vehicle titling, and vendor business
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
