Are you a proven equipment leasing closer who knows forklifts, warehouse automation, and how to win enterprise-level deals? Do you thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and turning complex financing needs into smart solutions?

Our client, one of the largest independent equipment finance companies, is growing—and they’re looking for a driven, outgoing Sales Representative to help them expand their footprint across the Southeast, and Texas.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new leasing business with end-user clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of end users and vendor partners
  • Present their value proposition, financing solutions, and TCO analytics
  • Structure competitive lease solutions based on credit quality, asset class, and market dynamics
  • Deliver professional presentations (virtual & in-person)
  • Manage your own accounts and grow market share across asset classes
  • Track leads, activity, and progress using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Portfolio, Contracts) to ensure seamless execution
  • Be a key driver of an exceptional customer experience

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in equipment leasing sales
  • Proven success in forklift and warehouse automation enterprise sales and leasing
  • Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel for clients, trade shows, and industry events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Leasepath experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
