What You’ll Do
As a Senior Business Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of their growth—driving sales, building relationships, in the material handling/automation and  food processing equipment finance business.

  • Build and expand a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Partner with dealers, distributors, and manufacturers to deliver financing solutions
  • Present programs, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Manage and grow your territory using Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Consistently exceed sales goals and drive profitability

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of equipment finance sales experience in the verticals mentioned above
  • A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy (Salesforce, MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
