THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Senior Credit Analyst / Underwriter with deep experience in franchise finance—from streamlined app-only deals to multi-million-dollar, fully underwritten transactions.

You won’t just review financials, you’ll decode entire business models, evaluate operators, and assess the long-term viability of franchise brands across diverse industries.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Underwrite franchise transactions ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar deals
• Evaluate borrower strength, ownership structures, and brand positioning
• Dive deep into financial statements, pro formas, acquisitions, and refinancings
• Analyze multi-entity and complex ownership structures
• Provide insights that go beyond ratios—tell the story behind the numbers
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate team underwriting capabilities

 WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in franchise or restaurant, automotive, or fitness club underwriting
• Strong ability to interpret financials and assess business viability
• Expertise handling complex credit scenarios
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, confident communication—internally and with clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years in a Senior Credit Analyst role
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
• Deep understanding of credit processes and underwriting standards
