Blue Street Capital is building the financing layer of the AI economy. Our path to $300M in annual financing volume runs directly through a concentrated portfolio of elite partnerships with the vendors, OEMs, and channel organizations shaping technology infrastructure across North America.

We are not chasing volume. We are building true partnerships where Blue Street is embedded as the financing arm, where vendors bring us in first, and where relationships compound over years. Transaction sizes start at $150K. Vendor partners must have a realistic path to $10M+ in annual financing volume with Blue Street.

This is the most strategically important hire Blue Street will make this year.

You have built programs that actually work. Not managed accounts. Not attended relationship dinners. Built real, structured partnership programs that created durable revenue and compounded over time.

You have operated inside an independent, high-growth company. You know what it feels like to build without a safety net. You are entrepreneurial by instinct, even if your resume includes large organizations. You are a hunter who also knows how to structure. You see around corners, connect dots others miss, and want your upside tied directly to what you produce.

You are not a caretaker. You are a builder.

The Role

You own Blue Street’s partnership acquisition end to end. You identify the right partners, get in front of the right executives, structure deals that stick, and build a portfolio that compounds.

  • Target and close elite vendor and OEM partnerships capable of generating $10M+ in annual financing volume
  • Convert executive relationships into embedded, strategic financing partnerships where Blue Street is the first call
  • Structure programs that create real value for vendors, their clients, and Blue Street
  • Shape and sharpen the vendor acquisition playbook through real market experience
  • Ensure newly signed partners activate fast and produce funded volume
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline of $10M+ annual potential partners at all times

COMPENSATION

Built for someone who wants to be paid for what they produce.

  • BASE SALARY – Competitive, commensurate with experience
  • COMMISSION – % of Gross Margin from partnerships you originate, uncapped from day one
  • ACTIVATION BONUS – Per partner reaching productive status with a first funded deal within 6 months
  • RAMP PROTECTION – 90-day guaranteed draw while you build your pipeline
