Seventeen professionals have earned the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation, the CLFP Foundation announced May 19.
The individuals recently passed the online proctored CLFP exam, joining a growing group of certified experts across the commercial equipment finance industry.
Eric Von Esmarch, who attended the U.S. Bank Equipment Finance Academy for Lease & Finance Professionals earlier this month, credited his success to encouragement from mentors and colleagues. “I am grateful for the opportunity to round out my knowledge and fill in the blanks, as it helped to put some puzzle pieces in place,” he said.
Rebecca Nelson, another new designee, said, “I chose to pursue this designation to enhance my professional credibility, increase my value to employers, and set myself apart in a competitive field.”
The CLFP designation signals a high level of expertise and professionalism to employers, clients and peers. Certified individuals and Associates are located across the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, India, Pakistan, Africa, and Australia.
