Conserv Capital has appointed Jason Colbert as Executive Sales Manager and Senior Vice President. In this role, Colbert will lead the company’s national sales strategy, oversee the expansion of dealer partnerships and support business development efforts as the company continues to grow its U.S. footprint.
Colbert brings more than 20 years of experience in equipment finance and sales management. He will serve in a dual capacity, directly managing key accounts while mentoring and expanding the company’s sales team. His responsibilities include setting sales goals, refining operational approaches and working with senior leadership to align sales execution with corporate strategy.

An Air Force veteran, Colbert will also focus on enhancing Conserv’s digital sales tools and online presence. He will collaborate with syndication partners to expand financing options and help ensure product offerings remain competitive.
