The rating actions reflect continued strong performance of Crossroads’ managed portfolio, as well as structural features that enhance credit quality over time.

- Class B Notes upgraded to Aaa (sf) (from Aa1)
- Class C Notes upgraded to Aa1 (sf) (from Aa2)
- Class D Notes upgraded to A3 (sf) (from Baa1)
Crossroads Asset Trust 2025-A
- Class B Notes upgraded to Aaa (sf) (from Aa1)
- Class C Notes upgraded to Aa2 (sf) (from A1)
- Class D Notes upgraded to A2 (sf) (from Baa1)
- Class E Notes upgraded to Ba1 (sf) (from Ba2)
Key Drivers of the Upgrades
According to Moody’s, the upgrades were primarily driven by:
- Continued collateral performance across the underlying equipment loan and lease portfolios
- Increasing credit enhancement, supported by structural features
- Maintenance of non-declining reserve accounts and growing overcollateralization
The securitized assets consist primarily of fixed-rate loans and leases secured by trucking and transportation equipment, the core focus area for Crossroads.
