DataCRaiM has released AutoDocX, a cloud-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate document processing for financial services operations.
AutoDocX is designed to handle tasks such as scanning invoices, extracting equipment and financial data, and transferring information into customer relationship management systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, through pre-configured API integrations.
The platform targets functions within asset-based finance and credit origination, aiming to reduce manual data entry and processing time. It supports high- and low-volume operations and includes audit-ready compliance features.
“AutoDocX is intended to reduce friction in document-dependent steps of financial workflows, from invoice intake to credit decisioning,” said Rohan Marfatia, CEO at DataCRaiM.
The system integrates with existing enterprise platforms and offers tools for manual review and correction of flagged data. It incorporates Microsoft Azure Form Recognizer, natural language processing models from OpenAI, and proprietary software developed by DataCRaiM.
Although primarily built for financial services, AutoDocX is designed to be adaptable to other sectors, such as healthcare and retail, that require automated document handling.
