Dext Capital promoted Amy Kuester to documentation manager in the large ticket division. Kuester has been an integral part of the documentation team and will now oversee large ticket operations. Troy Mangrich, who has successfully led the documentation team since joining Dext earlier this year, will continue to manage the small ticket team.
Additionally, Dext welcomed Amanda Brubaken, a 2024 Monitor NextGen Leader, as senior contract administrator. Brubaken brings extensive industry expertise, having previously served as a group lead at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, where she oversaw vendor program transactions from credit decision through funding. Her leadership experience includes serving on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Emerging Talent Advisory Council, and she is recognized for her forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology, mentoring talent and fostering collaboration between leadership and individual contributors.
“Our people are the foundation of our success, and these changes further strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional service to our partners,” Lana Kralik, senior operations director at Dext Capital, said. “Amy’s leadership and Amanda’s deep industry knowledge will bring tremendous value to our team as we continue to grow and innovate.”
