ECS Financial Services has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois for 2025 by Daily Herald Suburban Business. The firm ranked No. 19 in the small business category, marking its debut appearance on the list.
The official rankings were announced during the Daily Herald’s Recognition and Ranking Reveal Event on May 8 at Abbington Distinctive Banquets in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. ECS Financial Services was recognized for its workplace culture, communication practices and employee engagement.

Finalists included 38 companies from across the state, with winners selected through a survey process conducted by Workforce Research Group. The results were weighted 20% on employer responses and 80% on employee feedback.
