The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Equity Committee will host a webinar focused on fostering a more inclusive workplace on Aug. 30 at 1 p.m. ET. The webinar is titled “Building Inclusive Workplaces: You’ve successfully recruited a diverse workforce, now what?” and will equip attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and drive positive change within their organizations.
Through expert insights and practical examples, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the benefits of DE&I, the challenges that may arise, and effective strategies for implementing and sustaining inclusive practices in the workplace. Speakers for the webinar will include:
