Secured Lending Associate – Attorney

Our client, a leading law firm in the equipment finance and leasing industry is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Secured Lending, Equipment & Transportation Finance practice. The ideal candidate will come with 5-8 years of experience representing lenders, banks, and financial institutions, drafting and negotiating loan and lease agreements, and structuring, negotiating, and executing financing transactions. Experience handling sophisticated finance deals is highly preferred.
