Exchange Bank hired Charlotte Radmilovic as senior vice president and CFO. The bank also named Shari DeMaris, who previously served as executive vice president and CFO, executive vice president and chief operating officer. Radmilovic and DeMaris will report to Troy Sanderson, president and CEO of Exchange Bank.
Radmilovic will oversee all financial activities and initiatives at the bank, while DeMaris will manage the daily business operations of the bank, working with department heads to implement company strategies and oversee daily operations.
Radmilovic has more than 15 years of experience in the banking and financial industries. She most recently served as executive vice president and CFO for Pacific Valley Bank. Prior to this, she was the director of finance for Summit Funding and chief accounting officer for Rabobank.
DeMaris joined Exchange Bank in October 2020 as executive vice president and CFO. DeMaris has more than 25 years of technical accounting and financial leadership experience and is a licensed CPA.
