First American Equipment Finance was named Financial Service Champion of the Year by the Victor Local Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization based in Victor, NY.
This is First American’s first time being named to the Victor Business Awards, which are in their 17th year. The list is made up of 16 companies and individuals in the Victor, NY, area. The annual awards were started to pay tribute to Victor’s businesses and community supporters. The program is modeled after the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Business Awards. Each year, a committee reviews nominations and determines category criteria and winners.
Over the past five years, First American’s new business volume has grown from $1.03 billion in 2017 to $1.87 billion in 2022. During this time, the company created 100 new positions at its Victor, NY, headquarters.
