First American Equipment Finance has been named the No. 1 midsize employer on the 2025 Rochester Top Workplaces list, marking its fifth consecutive year receiving the top ranking.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement specialist Energage. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute.
