First Business Bank promoted Mike Groth to vice president of SBA lending. Groth started at First Business Bank in 2018 as portfolio manager, managing a portfolio of SBA lending clients.
In his new role, Groth will take on additional responsibilities for helping businesses secure SBA loans to achieve their goals. Groth has more than 15 years of experience in financial services in various capacities, such as relationship management, credit analysis, inventory appraisal and commercial real estate.
