Horizon Bank has promoted Megan Osborne to assistant vice president, senior marketing manager, the company announced.
Osborne, who joined Horizon in 2019, will oversee the execution of marketing strategies, manage campaigns, coordinate team deliverables and maintain relationships with key partners. She has played a key role in communications for new projects and aligning marketing efforts with the company’s goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a specialization in Communications from Ball State University and is a 2022 graduate of the ABA Bank Marketing School. Osborne is also a member of Horizon’s Diversity Business Council and volunteers with the Duneland School Corporation.
