Leasing101 has expanded its lease training program with new modules focused on accounting, tax considerations and real estate structuring.
The additions include narrated PowerPoint presentations on lessee and lessor accounting, amortization schedules and management accounting. New written materials cover topics such as tax lease training, incremental borrowing rate challenges, real estate lease structuring, and industry career paths.
The training program, developed by Bill Bosco, CEO of Leasing101, now includes 15 narrated presentations, eight scripted sales call role-plays, and 33 articles and white papers. It is designed for professionals in leasing and asset finance, with an emphasis on mid- to large-ticket transactions.
Offered through an annual subscription, the content is accessible to all staff at subscribing organizations, with 24/7 availability. The flat-rate model is intended to eliminate per-person training fees and budget constraints.
