LTi Technology Solutions, a provider of asset finance software solutions, will conduct its second annual Leadership Live event on Sept. 21 at the Royal Over-Seas League Club in London. LTi will host the event, which will feature a focus on environmental, social and governance policies, alongside sponsors Propel Finance and Acquis Data Services.
The official title of the event is Leadership Live 23 – The G of ESG. The event is being designed to foster collaboration, spark new ideas and facilitate meaningful connections while sharing best practices in the governance area of ESG corporate policies.
Highlights of the event include these speakers:
- Hans Daems, head of sustainability at Hitachi, who will provide his thoughts on the challenges a global manufacturer has about governing its business and supply chains.
- Ty Francis, a global expert in governance policies, who will deliver a keynote presentation on trends and emerging opportunities within the corporate landscape for leaders looking to implement practical and impactful governance policies.
- Environmental sustainability advocate Gary Adlen, founder of Carbon Happy World, who will discuss his passion for much needed carbon emission reduction as part of the panel discussions during the event.
- Compliance and risk management expert Jennifer Bodey, compliance and conduct risk director at Propel Finance. Bodey has more than 20 years of experience in compliance and risk management roles within the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and asset leasing businesses. Bodey will provide insights into managing ESG principles within a corporate environment and how best to implement policies that will make a difference.
- A panel discussion with John Phillipou, managing director of SME finance at Paragon Bank; Lindsay Smart, head of sustainability at Triple Point; and Daems and Bodey.
